We have submitted a planning application and invited tenders from building contractors to provide a second screen at the thriving empire cinema and play centre in Holyhead.

We obtained planning approval for a stunning and innovative makeover to an old farmhouse on the Anglesey coastline.

3D print
With assistance from Gaia, we've ventured into 3D printing to help clients appreciate designs. The 3D computer model, 3D print and built house are shown here.
Passivhaus standard house
This passivhaus standard house, with an air-leaking test of 0.2, is nearing completion and looking impressive.
Acoustic healing
On a more adventurous level, we're working with a social enterprise, Carreg y Fedwen cyf to design an Acoustic healing Centre that will use principles set out by Tessla to heal people using specific sound frequencies.

We've obtained planning approval for Group Cynefin to improve, adapt and modernise their Penygroes offices.
Old Post Office building, Holyhead.
We've prepared concept plans to adapt and extend the old post office in Holyhead, maintaining the character of the old building and extending with a modern multi-use building.

One of many housing schemes we've been involved with, we've obtained planning approval for this mixed housing scheme in Gwynedd, providing three open market houses and six affordable houses.
